This is a very simple seasoning blend that adds a fantastic creole flavor to any dish. 2 tsp of seasoning and 3 tbsp of butter make a rich, spicy topping for toasted bread, salmon, or even scrambled eggs. The buttered bread is reminiscent of the bread you get at Yats.
In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt. Store in an airtight container.
