To be made 1/19/2025....

Note: We did make this but I don't remember it - it was four months ago :( We must not have hated it... so, that's something, right?

Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 m
Cook Time: 30 m

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, ground ginger, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over the top, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Baste the pork with the sauce halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Drizzle the remaining sauce from the baking dish over the sliced pork, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
